Terms of Service

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• Use Arclio in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
• Respect other users, creators, and the integrity of the platform.

• Only publish digital products that you have the right to sell.
• Provide accurate titles, descriptions, previews, and pricing.
• Deliver the product represented on the product page; do not substitute unrelated files.
• Handle buyer questions and complaints in good faith.
• Report any suspected fraud, account compromise, or platform abuse promptly.

• Products must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.
• No malware, spyware, phishing kits, credential stealers, or content designed to harm users or systems.
• No sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content that promotes violence against people or groups.
• Arclio may unpublish, archive, or remove products that violate these rules or the Acceptable Use section.

• Creators retain ownership of the products they upload. By publishing a product, the creator grants Arclio a limited license to host, display, and deliver that product for the purpose of running the service.
• Buyers receive a personal license to use purchased products as described on the product page; redistribution or resale is not permitted unless the creator explicitly grants those rights.
• Arclio branding, UI, and code are owned by Arclio.

• Buyers pay in cryptocurrency through a managed payment provider. Once the provider confirms payment, the buyer receives a time-limited download link.
• Arclio charges a platform fee on each completed sale. The current fee is displayed in the creator dashboard and may change with notice.
• Creator earnings accrue as a balance and can be withdrawn to the payout wallet configured in settings. Withdrawals are subject to network fees and provider availability.
• Because settlement is on-chain, transactions are generally irreversible. Refund handling is at the creator's discretion unless a policy requires otherwise.

• No attempts to bypass authentication, download limits, or expiration on delivery links.
• No scraping, automated abuse, or interference with the service.
• No use of Arclio to launder funds or evade sanctions.

• You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
• Arclio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that create risk for buyers, or that are inactive for extended periods.
• Certain records such as completed orders and payout history may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons after termination.

Arclio is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing meets a buyer's expectations. To the extent permitted by law, Arclio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
