This page explains what information Arclio collects when you use the platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to arclio.co, our dashboards, and related services.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly, information generated as you use Arclio, and limited information from the third-party services we rely on to run the platform.

Account information

  • Email address and password credentials managed by our authentication provider.
  • Display name, optional username, bio, website, avatar, and social handles you add to your creator profile.
  • Selected plan and onboarding status.

Product information

  • Product metadata such as title, description, category, pricing, and slugs you publish.
  • Uploaded digital files and thumbnails stored in access-controlled buckets.
  • Draft, published, and archived states for lifecycle management.

Payment-related information

Arclio does not custody cryptocurrency. Payments are processed through a managed crypto payment provider. That provider handles wallet interactions and returns a payment status to Arclio.

  • Order records: product, buyer email (when provided at checkout), amount, currency, network, provider reference, and status.
  • Creator payout wallet address, preferred network, and preferred payout currency you configure in settings.
  • Payout request history and platform fee calculations.

We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or full card details.

How we use information

  • Operate accounts, publish and deliver products, and process orders.
  • Generate secure, time-limited download links after a completed purchase.
  • Calculate platform fees, creator earnings, and payout balances.
  • Prevent abuse, moderate products, and respond to support requests.
  • Improve reliability and product quality.

Third-party services

Arclio relies on providers to deliver the service. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies:

  • Authentication, database, and file storage provider used to run the backend.
  • Cryptocurrency payment provider used to accept buyer payments.
  • Email delivery for transactional messages such as receipts and download links.

Your rights and choices

  • Access, update, or remove profile and product information from your dashboard.
  • Archive or delete products you have published.
  • Request account deletion by contacting support; some records (such as completed orders) may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
